The Recruitment Program Associate works collaboratively with the Recruitment Program Manager and internal hiring teams to execute and support recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent at TED.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- 1-2 years of recruitment coordinator/associate experience
- Thorough and efficient administrative professional who brings rigor and meticulous execution to all aspects of their work
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive information
- Possess professional email, phone, and video etiquette
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and juggle new projects at a moment's notice
- Experience in Excel with the ability to navigate spreadsheets
- Familiarity with G-suite and Apple applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Keynote
- Effective organizational, coordination, and logistic skills to manage the day to day recruitment support function for hiring teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide organizational support by sending candidate pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks upon request.
- Organize and schedule recruitment training sessions, and check-ins
- Monitor job request forms and post new jobs in ATS
- Monitor offer letter request forms and draft offer letters
- Monitor employee referral submissions
- Manage International 3rd party hiring process (TargetCW)
- Assist with analyzing and collecting data
- Coordinate and manage scheduling logistics for recruiting events
- Monitor and update recruitment resources
- Work with the Recruitment Program Manager to develop and execute new recruitment initiatives such as :
- Talent Network
- Internship Program
- Recruitment Events
- Employer Branding
